Silence! I am home alone! What do I do? How do I think? There is no one asking questions, talking or fighting behind me, or even reading over my shoulder!
Big kids took the littles to do produce. This gives my DIL a chance to visit with another younger mom. The volunteered to take the little ones. It gives me a chance to take a shower without someone knocking on the door. I do hope they drove quickly through the gates. Since just a very few minutes after they left the skies opened up and we got a brief downpour. It was wonderful! The world looks like a lake!
Before it rained I took some pictures of blessings. Here they are.....
Yes that is piled coats and muddy shoes! The muddy shoes are such a blessing! This is the most rain we have had since maybe Sept. We haven't had a real downpour since before we got S so that was Aug. 
More mud! You really can't go to the barn without your shoes looking like this. The mud is about 6 inches deep in front of the barn. I know what I will be doing with the skid loader once it dries. Cleaning and adding real dirt instead of this wonderful compose stuff that is there now.
Look standing water! Isn't it beautiful!
And just because I beat my DIL to the picture I get to post this one of my grandson.
